Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For Apparel, please make sure items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair. Used or washed clothing will not be accepted. The tags must be attached (if any).

Along with the merchandise, make sure to include the following required information (we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange if all fields are not properly filled out).
